What is Diosmin?
Diosmin, a plant derived flavonoid found in citrus fruits, is also an agonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR). Diosmin is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and strong alkaline solutions, insoluble in water, methanol or ethanol, and extremely slightly soluble in 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide

Mechanism Action of Diosmin:
